Cooking with Chef Milan - Lesson one: Preparation is half of the success !

Tonight I have cooked my first peas & meat (grashak s' mesom) in my cooking career.
I have made it without "zaprshka", flour & aleva paprika mix that is supposed to be added to the already cooked peas at the very end to make it thicker and tastier. By the way, it is a general belief that "zaprshka" is very unhealthy, but that is nothing new - everything that's awesome is usually totally unhealthy.
True or not, that was not the reason why I've made my peas plain. Real reason was the fact that I went "bez kurca na svadbu", meaning I started cooking after I came back from school in the evening without confirming that I have necessary flour and aleva paprika for that final touch - "zaprska". So, involuntarily, I have made it healthier.
It turned out very good , much better than what I thought it will be from my first try, but I will definitely try to make another one WITH zaprshka, just to do it properly and see how will all that taste then.
